1. Ordering & General Questions
How do I place an order? Placing an order is simple! Just add the items you want to your basket, proceed to checkout, enter your delivery details, select your preferred shipping method, and complete your secure payment.
Can I amend or cancel my order? You can amend or cancel your order as long as it has not yet been dispatched. Please contact us as soon as possible to make changes. If the order has already been dispatched, you will need to follow our returns process.
2. Products & Availability
How can I find a product I am looking for? You can use the 'Search' bar at the top of our website to quickly find products. If you can't find what you're looking for, please contact us and we will get back to you with the product's availability within 1-2 working days.
How do I know if a product is in stock? Each product page shows its stock availability. If an item is out of stock, you can click the 'Email me when available' button to be notified as soon as it's back in stock.
3. Shipping & Delivery
What are your shipping options? We offer three shipping options to suit your needs:
Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days
Express Shipping: 2-3 business days
Premium Delivery: 1-2 business days
Can I change my delivery address? Unfortunately, we cannot change the delivery address once an order has been dispatched. However, if your order has not been dispatched yet, we may be able to update it. Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and the new address.
Can I collect my order in person? Yes, if you are in Glasgow, you can arrange to collect your order. Please contact us to arrange a collection time and get our address.
4. Payments & Security
What payment methods do you accept? We accept a variety of payment methods, including: Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. All payments are securely processed through Stripe.
Is my payment information secure? Yes, absolutely. Our website is protected with SSL encryption to ensure all transactions are safe. We do not store any of your card payment details; they are handled securely by Stripe, a leading global payment service provider.
5. Returns & Refunds
How do I return a product? To return a product, please fill out the RMA form, which you can find by clicking the 'Returns & Refunds' link at the bottom of our homepage. Once you submit the form, we will provide you with an RMA number and detailed instructions on how to return the item.
How long does it take to get a refund? Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund within 7 business days. The funds will be credited back to your original payment method.
6. Gift Vouchers
How do I use a gift voucher? You can redeem your gift voucher by entering the code at the checkout. The discount will be applied to your order total before you proceed to payment.
How long are gift vouchers valid? Our gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. If your voucher has expired, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.
