By using the Pet Zone website and making a purchase, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

Please read them carefully.

1. Definitions: "We," "Us," "Our": Refers to Shriyan Internations Ltd, trading as Pet Zone. "You," "Your": Refers to the customer or user of our website. "Website": Refers to the Pet Zone online store. "Goods": Refers to the pet accessories and toys available for purchase. 

2. Pricing & Orders: All prices are in British Pounds (£) and include VAT where applicable. Your order is an offer to buy from us. The contract is formed when we dispatch the goods to you. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order at any time for reasons including product availability, errors in the description or price, or an error in your order.

3. Shipping & Delivery: Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Shipping Methods:

• Standard Shipping (3-5 Delivery Days): £2

• Express Shipping (2-3 Delivery Days): £3.75

• Premium Delivery (1-2 Days): £5 Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and link to monitor its progress, regardless of the shipping method chosen.

4. Returns & Refunds: Right to Cancel: Under UK law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods for any reason. You must notify us of your decision to cancel. Return Window: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return most items. Eligibility: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in a resaleable condition. Non-Returnable Items:

• Opened food, treats, or supplements.

• Personalized or custom-made products.

• The supply of goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, for example goods which deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.

• The supply of goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.

• The supply of goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.

Return Process: To initiate a return, please fill out the RMA form available at the "Returns and Refund" button at the bottom of our website's home page. Once we review your request, we will provide you with an RMA number, return instructions, and refund details.

Refunds: Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Original shipping costs are non-refundable, and you are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

5. Limitation of Liability: Our liability for any claim shall not exceed the price of the goods. We will not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss or damage. We are not responsible for any damage or loss that may result from the use of our products. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the product is safe and suitable for their pet.

6. Privacy & Data Protection: We handle your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We are committed to protecting your privacy and security.

7. Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of Scotland. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.
